with carrots, celery, onions, peppers and herbs with a touch 

of red wine

 

Zucchini Roll Ups~ GF V

sliced zucchini filled with spinach and feta cheese and baked

with our chickpea and olive tapenade

Bacon Mac N' Cheese~ 

rotini pasta with a rich cheese sauce, italian herbs and our

3 cheese blend sprinkled with chopped bacon

gingered beef strips with carrot and green onion on a bed of 

rice pilaf with green beans, peas and sesame seeds

chicken breast rubbed in pesto, stuffed with Natural Pastures Cheese

wrapped in prosciutto, topped with a red wine sauce served with

vegetables and rice pilaf

Mushroom Pork Chop~ GF

pork chop with a mushroom, herb and onion sauce, with 

mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables

Ham Dinner~ GF

local sliced ham, with mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables

and a side of apple mustard

Ratatouille~ GF V VG

eggplant, tomatoes, zucchini and squash with peppers

and onions in an olive oil tomato sauce, baked and

served with rice pilaf
